About Charles

I’m an Austin native and licensed real estate agent with experience representing buyers and sellers across the Austin market, from downtown condominiums to single-family homes, primarily in the $500K–$1.8M range. I’ve also helped business professionals navigate small commercial office leases.

My approach to real estate is heavily influenced by my background in software sales, where contracts, negotiation, and strategic client relationships are a major part of what I do. I bring that same mindset to every real estate transaction: understand the numbers, know the contract, identify leverage, and find creative ways to get my clients the best deal possible.

Having grown up in Austin, I know the city and its neighborhoods firsthand. I pair that local knowledge with a disciplined approach to valuation and an outside-the-box negotiation style—looking beyond just price to find terms, opportunities, and leverage that can strengthen my client’s position.
